Hey everyone,.

I took my measurements after my second weigh in, and have a feeling I'll lose 2-3 lbs this week (nothing close to the 8.6 windfall up til now). I figure a small loss really won't register much in the measurement department, so I was thinking of taking them once every two weeks or so. Does anyone out there measure weekly, or have suggestions for a good schedule to take them?.

I measured about once a month during the weight loss phase....

I measure every ten pounds. It is fascinating how different body parts shrink at different rates. I always see good inch losses every ten pounds..

I measured once a month. It is so inspiring! Your off to a fantastic start. You just keep doing what your doing...you will be at goal in no time!..

I am definitely with the majority. I measure once a month. I get measured at the gym by my trainer but I still do my own measurements at home also...

I weigh daily but only record it weekly on Wednesday. I take measurements and progress photos once every 4 weeks...

I measure once or twice a week. I won't log it if there's no change. I post it on my progress in my sig and mypage every 8 weeks..

I add other measurements, such as neck, calf, wrist, underbust, and ankles (I have thick ankles). Those losses are minor, but I want to know when I can wear regular boots and bracelets..

My husband and I weigh in and measure once a week. I like the weekly measurements because, if I'm on plan, one of them is going down. Even if the scale doesn't cooperate, the tape measure will...

I measure once a month, although I wouldn't object to doing it more often if I wanted a mental boost. It really is amazing to see the differences..

Ankles! I should have thought to measure them when I started. I did the calves. Wanna wear some taller boots...

Like most everyone else, I measure every 4 weeks (usually day before weigh in), weigh-in once a week and do progress photos every 2 months (or at milestones)..

I have only measured/took progress pics once since starting. I'm try to save it for weeks when I lose very little or nothing. This way I have something to feel extra excited about...
