I pay 35US/month for 2.5 gigs space 40 gig bandwith.. resellers account on shared server.....

Not sure if this is my best option?.

I started off with couple of sites but now since I'm getting a lot more domains/sites up (ala arbi, aff sites), i'm wondering if I should be using something else? I love the service though...

I 'pay' 10 bucks a month for 5 gb space and 80 gb bandwith, shared on a shared box, have 99,9% uptime with jetnethost.com, I share it with some friends, and one of them has a counter-strike server, with 5 donators, so we don't have to pay anything anymore..

I've got a deticated box that I own on a shared T1 line at my work that doesn't cost me anything. I quit using my shared accounts at hostgator and dreamhost last month... I think I'm going to get another deticated box at the planet if I can't find any good shared hosting...

Damn that plan looks good. I'm assuming thats perfect for low traffic sites. Do you have a lot of those ? .

Any downtime?..

2 servers (I recently consolidated) at the planet, and a reseller hosting account at Host Gator..

I think I spend $400+ a month in hosting..

Uzz, reseller zoom sucks arse. Tremendous ammount of downtime. I just cancelled an account there...

I'm using dreamhost right now that I paid $20 for a year of shared hosting. They suck though...

Like a lil more than $1500 ($1000 for servers and $500 for ips) a month right now (theplanet/commit1/steadfast).

All blackhat, so I need many IPs, fuck you Googler.

Yes, it's a fucking BiTCH managing these shits.. lmao.

Oh I got a few vps doing smaller stuff like keyword scraping, mispellings, etczz..

Really? my sites are almost never down.

Sometimes I get a time out, but that's almost always due to ISP problems (if google times out, you know you've got problems).

Uzz, I don't have that many sites. About ~20 domains and 40+ subdomains..

I can testify that reseller zoom isn't bad...in fact I like it a LOT. I have had downtime once for prob like a 2 minute period, but that is it. I dont have many sites either though..

170 a month, a dedicated box and a few shared hosting accounts...

Lets see how many sites you got and how much they make..

With the idea of the original question in mind I'd suggest getting a VPS from zone.net or slhost.com which are where I host all my mfa sites. Great price service and reliabilty..

Now if you're looking for special needs servers you're going to pay a lot more but for standard hosting of scraper sites you can do that anywhere. You're definately far from a good deal though with your current hosting..

I remember my first site I paid 150$ for a year of hosting with ipowerweb and thought that was a great deal..

Step up and keep building!..

Same setup as myself..

2 Servers at @ TP and 1 reseller at Host Gator..

And I pay around $400 too..

I pay $249 a month for my dedicated server...

I pay 200 a month for my dedicated box. (normal price $400 but I have my ins)..
