Just because others have their DNs parked doesn't make it the right and safe thing to do..

Of course, you can park it, develop it, heck, even start your own adwords agency that sells google adwords,..... then set quite some time aside to consult with attorneys, appear at court, hand over the domain, pay damages, etc.

Now, I may be totally mistaken on this, but Google has crushed people for less obvious infringements.

Then again, i'm certain that DNQuest and Labrocca as well as JB may shed some more concrete light on your situation.

My advice, stay clear of it, it's not worth the hassle/trouble that may/will come one day down the road.

I own Google******.co.uk and take it from me... it's best to just delete the domain. Unless you have alot of money in court then keep it, I have had a letter from Google and I'm in the middle of just giving them the name rather than go court.
