On Facebook, I'm noticing how my friends are posting that they feel so full, and it made me feel really good that I don't feel that way. I remember it: Wanting to loosen your pants, the lethargic and somewhat painful collapse, the pondering of how all of those calories are going to make you look. I have none of that this year.

I had a delightful Thanksgiving. Good company, and my turkey came out great. Stayed on plan except for a couple of sips of champagne and bites of dessert. One of the great things to come out of the holiday is the feeling that I can trust myself to look out for myself in the future. I'm not worried at all about Christmas and other holidays because I know that I can avoid the temptation of the stuffing and mashed potatoes and other things that people were raving about over the meal. "Next year," I told them.

But not so much that I feel stuffed. I now know how good it feels to celebrate the holiday and not feel stuffed at the end of the day...

I had a great Thanksgiving too. My treat to myself was a bite of a great chocolate espresso cookie. Other than that, 100% op.

Like you said, it's great not to be stuffed. We rock!..

I agree with the unstuffed feeling! I stayed true to my plan for Turkey day. I tasted the things that I had to, for seasonings, but it was a small taste, not a spoonful. I skipped the pies and rolls and sweets and snacks and wine! And now I am going to enjoy my last Medifast meal of the day, a cup of cocoa! Gobble Gobble, within reason! Violet..

Everytime we leave a restaurant, my MIL says how 'stuffed' she is..

I know that was my 'old way' too..

There was never enough food that I could eat.

But since joining MF, I have never felt 'stuffed' in that way again..

This little plan of packets and 'space-like' food has truly reset something in my body..

I have boundaries now and I can enjoy events, parties, travel, and yes HOLIDAYS without making FOOD the center of attention..

So once again, I managed to get thru a day OnPlan, and if you read my blog I just put up, you know this Holiday had it's own challenges, filled with so many opportunities to Give in and CHEAT.

But God provided and we ended up with a Holiday for our memory books...

I was 100% OP! I surprised myself and the great thing about it, was I was ok with passing up all of the goodies. I treated myself to a Medifast banana pudding at the end of the day with great delight! We do rock!..

I also stayed on plan and focused on the people instead of the food. In doing so, I had one of the best Thanksgivings ever. I felt great after the meal (which was at my house by the way) and everyone else was complaining how stuffed and tired they were. I ended my evening with a Medifast Brownie with a tbls of melted peanut butter....yummy!.

This morning was my weigh-in day and I ended up losing another -2.6 lbs. I am feeling really proud of myself today!!..

This was my first holiday experience on Medifast and I'm thrilled with my responses and results. This is such a doable plan and I'm so glad to have found it. I totally enjoyed not being stuffed and ended my day with a nice Medifast hot cocoa...delicious and great for the northern/midwest area I'm in - where the tempurature dropped all day! Congratulations and best wishes for continued success to each of you..

I ended my day with a brownie, too! I'm going to have to try putting peanut butter on it. That sounds yum. Maybe that's what I'll do tonight...
