To GOAL! I am 14 lbs away and cannot wait to get there! I am hoping to be at goal by New Years! What a way to ring it in. Instead of watching everyone else starting their fad diets I will be moving into transition! So many things have happened since I started this journey. I was a size 20/22 in shirts and 18 in pants and now am a size 10 maybe 8 in pants and a medium shirt! I cant believe that. I have even bought some junior tops! My rings don't fit anymore had to get them resized. I feel so much better when I ride my horse and look like my old self when showing! I think I have lost around 72 inches off my body. I don't feel ashamed anymore around my boyfriend of how I look.

If you stick to plan you will lose the weight. Its hard to visualize the weight that you lost and 68 lbs is like carrying my neice and nephew together! I cant believe it. These boards have been wonderful for reciepe ideas and just giving me the strength to continue....

Congratulations, Fireangel!!.

My goal when I reach goal is to take a few riding lessons My daughter rides and does Dressage shows and is just learning to jump. She LOVES it! Sometimes her instructor will let me cool down a horse towards the end of my daughters lessons and it is what really keeps me motivated. I can tell a major difference just from 30 pounds ago.
