Obvious infringement.

Look, your obvious motivation for registering this in the first place was that you knew of the magazine in Colombia. THAT says it all...

Is there even a grace period for .co ?

Personally I think there are much better domains to be had in a landrush, unless you intend to capitalize on the .com.

Regardless of search volume, I doubt there is going to be traffic to make it worthwhile...

I agree with the above 2 posters especially with the " there are better names to be had ".

So yea that's a grace delete..

I have written "to cut a long story short" in my post and that means I didn't know that there exists some magazine in this name..

I was searching for keywords related to moto (motor) on GAWK tool and found a lot of queries for this phrase.I regged it and then to know it's meaning I went to Spanishdict.com and learned that this means motor magazine. And it was Google which lead me to their website after searching motor magazine in Colombia. Post added at 07:48 AM Previous post was at 07:43 AM While I respect your views and agree to the fact that there are better names to be had at present but that is not a reason for which I should grace delete the domain..

And with such a large traffic,I am hopeful that if it's parked it will pay itself for the renewals..

But I am not going to park it like the .com.co owner. His whois details also looks shoddy too...

If you think that my act is defaming domainers then may I please redirect you to this thread!..

It looks as if you registered that name in bad faith, I would delete it and take it as lesson learned.

The problem in this industry, "Greed"!!!!! And it has taken a lot of domainers down hard...

You asked, we answered.

Better hope the parking revenue pays your probable legal bills too...

You regged in bad faith, simple as that, delete the name.

If you dont, no sympathy here when you get sued...

Unfamiliar extensions don't get type in traffic regardless of the keyword search volume. In this case, any traffic you do get will doubtlessly be typos of the magazine site. If you optimize it to cater to that audience, you'll be infringing. If you don't, they'll just click the "back" button and type in the correct address.

Either way, this is a lose-lose. Grace delete...
