Yes, it happens. Are you constipated? You could be retaining extra water, that time of the month, or 100 other reasons. It will probably be back to normal tomorrow or the next weigh-in. Don't worry and keep up the good work!..
Yes, that happened to me when my weigh-in day fell the morning after eating out. Even though the ingredients of my restaurant meal were OP grilled fish, green beans everything tasted salty and I think my gain was directly related to extra sodium. Next weigh-in I was down 4, which is the most I have lost in one week since week 1. I am trying hard to avoid extra sodium...
Yep, but it's not fat. It's something else and could have many factors:.
Extra sodium (tuna has a lot).
Hormones.
Big workout that caused retained fluids.
If you're 100% OP, there's now WAY you can really have weight gain, as in FAT gain. Just not possible...
Well I have been stuck at the same weight for 4 weeks now and have been totally on program. Getting a little frustrated but hanging in there. I just don't know...

Yep it's quite normal. Depending on the factors listed above and more, your weight can actually fluctuate up to 4 pounds. It can be extra sodium, not enough water the day before, flying, heavy workout, constipation, etc.

I was up three or four last week, mid-week, but by wi day, I showed a loss of 1.5 I was completely op. I think my body is just being stubborn sometimes!..
Well, I've decided not to weigh myself until the weekend. I'm usually a daily weigher (I know, I know, bad girl, LOL). I had been weighing every 2 days, but I think I'll start with maybe every 4 days or so. I cannot discipline myself to weighing only once a week. Let's hope my weight this weekend reflects those 2 pounds gone! Thanks everyone...
