I can hardly believe this can happen! I scoffed when I read that it does happen. Remember the warning to "make sure you get all 5 of your Medifast meals in a day"? I remember reading that thinking "Who on earth is going to forget to eat when all you get is a little bar?!" 11 weeks in and TWICE I've realized I forgot to eat and then get it in. I can't believe it. Does dieting get any easier than Medifast has made it?..

Hi Hope, I am having trouble getting all my meals in. I just don't like eating in the morning then by the time I get to dinner I realize I have only had 3 Medifast meals. I get one more in for my evening snack but most days I am short one or every once in a while two meals...

I only get behind schedule if I'm having an insanely busy day. I still like to eat and at this point I enjoy the Medifast food enough that I look forward to it.

I also feel a change in my blood sugar if I skip a meal and don't care for that feeling, so I'm pretty careful about eating on time...

So, this is my week 6... feeling really good about this 'diet'.... and loving the no hunger feeling... and very minimal cravings... my cravings are always for pizza... I have not made the cauli pizza yet in fear of having the need to have it...

I mean, I have to try it. =).

But I have found myself just making myself eat lately... like right now... I should have already had my Medifast 2... and I just have no real need to have it... but going to do a dark chocolate shake with coffee and blend it up... yumm! One of my favs.

I am thankful for not feeling the need to eat... for any reason... maybe this is what "regular/normal" people feel like... can I make it stay forever, please?..

I know! I actually love the food and most days am right on schedule. But I got busy today and flat our missed my second meal. I got it in at about 3 hours and 45 minutes after my last meal. I hate to do that because I know it is good for Medifast to "feed the fire" regularly. It just amazes me that I can look at the clock and not be thinking "hurry up, I'm hungry!"..

I had always said that it takes a special kind of stupid to forget to eat. (I would read about these female protagonists in novels - the ones who are super thin - and they would say things like "Oh, I just forgot to eat any lunch yesterday." I would nod my head and think "special kind of stupid.").

I forget to eat now..

I actually eat on a schedule (8, 11, 1, 3, 5:30ish, 9) because sometimes otherwise it just wouldn't occur to me. Now trust me, there are times when I'm hungry, but usually I'm just in a calm state.

Hello, I have joined the special kind of stupid Borg...
