AWESOME!!!! Take it one day at a time. You can totally do this! I felt the same way when I started...pretty doubtful. BUT, I said ok, 1 month. Lets see what happens. I was HOOKED after my first week..
Nothing ever worked for me until MF. If you just follow the plan, you WILL LOSE THE WEIGHT. Staying on the boards for me was critical as well. I seriously could NOT have done it without everyone here..

Congrats! That weight loss after the first week is such a great feeling! It also keeps you motivated to keep on doing it even when it gets tough. There have been times for me that I was in pretty tempting positions (restaurants, bars, beer festival, tailgating at the Ravens game- a friend of ours was in town so we showed him around) and the thought of losing weight was what kept me on plan! I didn't budge off the plan and afterwards the feelign of accomplishment for not "cheating" was SO MUCH BETTER than a drink or hamburger would have tasted!.
Keep on plan and IT WILL WORK! So proud of everyone! Way to go!..

I agree as well. Day Three was the worst for me too. Headaches. Ugh. For the newbies out there.(hey.am I officially NOT a newbie any longer?).I am a daily-weigher and find it keeps me very motivated. I also ate Grilled Chicken Salads from Culvers and McDonald's three of seven days so I'm happy that seems to be a viable option.
I won't do it excusively but it's nice to feel that I can get something op fast if I need to. I also drank the pre-made Lipton Diet Green Tea (Walmart drink/snack or juice section). I should start a thread I guess but does anyone know if there is already a list on these boards for op fast food salads? Thanks for everyone's well-wishes! Truly appreciated and it's been so much fun to be excited and anxious to share it will all of you...
