Great Job! Isn't it wonderful to be free from food issues while you are on MF? It really helps switch off the "food" switch..
I'm so glad you have found Medifast and wish you much success on your journey!..
Welcome! Congrats on deciding on MF. I wish you much success. It looks like you're already off to a great start!..
Welcome to MF! A lot of people come here as their 'last resort' and turn their life around. You can too. Congratulations on your success so far. I can't wait to see more!.
Emma..
Hi Mel! I am also 43 and started a week ago (Tuesday). Almost the same weight and same goal as you! I have 2 kids (one 22 and one 4) and I am hoping we can support each other. It was like reading my own post when I read yours. I am excited to weigh myself in the morning, I feel a change. Would be thrilled if I was 10 lbs lighter like you!! Let's stay in touch, and let's do this!!.
Reno..
Welcome aboard!! This is the best decision you will ever make. I had high blood pressure, and plantar fascitis as well. My BP was 128/81 today (was 150/100), and I jump up and walk no with very little pain (it was almost crippling before). I still have a ways to go, but I feel better every single day!..
My nephew who is in his thirties told me, "you've been on a diet my whole life". I am 42, finished my first week down 12.2 and hoping that will be consistent week after week (I'm serious). I have been on WW, Dr. Atkins, Seattle Sutton, Cabbage Soup .... and experienced success and re-gain (is that a word). At 42 I am ready for this to be the final program that I start and I am looking forward to the permanent weight loss..
Let's do it together and ENJOY our success week after week...
Thank you all for the warm welcome!.
We can do this!..
OK, you win the Earliest Dieter award. Only six months old and already on skim milk. That just doesn't seem fair.
Welcome!..
Congratulations on your weight loss for the first week. It's awesome! I'm on my third day and hope to have similar success as you for my first week. I also have some health issues and want to lose weight to eliminate the need for meds and to feel better...
