As long as you pick yourself up, all is good.
You might want to reflect on why you slipped up and come up with strategies for the future...
Hey.you're here.instead of quitting.so climb back up. You're doing the right thing...
Good on you for getting right back on the horse! And thanks for not going into a blow-by-blow on what "going nuts" consisted of exactly...
Yeah! You stopped the carb train and jumped off! Good job for coming here and "confessing" and now you're ready to start over and finish strong!.
You go girl!..
I like it! That's a much better image then falling off a wagon!.
I was on a runaway carb train and I heroically jumped off!.
Thanks everyone! Feeling better! The "hangover" was due to carbs, caffeine, and not getting any sleep. I never have caffeine, but had a ton out of neccessity yesterday. Post caffeine jitters are a carb trigger for me! Light bulb moment! Anyway, just kind of keeping a low profile today. Making an on plan L&G for dinner tonight, then fully back in Medifast mode tomorrow...
Good for you for getting right back on plan! You're also setting a great example for the rest of us. Acknowledge, move on.
Drink tons of water today to flush out the sludge. I agree with previous poster that I'm thankful you didn't detail the carb intake ;-).
I had the same kind of weekend - and the carb hangover was awful!!! I was wavering on getting back OP, but you have motivated me. Thanks!..
It's a journey, and sometimes we stumble. Good for you for dusting yourself off, and keep moving forward. It's only a failure if you give up..
It's you and me girl! Let's get back to it!..
We can't change what we did just what we do. Let us know how getting back on plan goes...
In life, these things DO happen. It is our response to them that ultimately determines whether we will succeed or not succeed. You picked a winning response. Get back up...
If this was facebook I would totally be hitting the 'like' button on this one...
Over the last 3 years I have lost 77 pounds using various diets. It didn't always come off smoothly, it was never a straight path of weight loss, but I did it! And now I'm back to lose the next 61 pounds..
My point is, you only fail if you quit. Medifast is a hard plan in that when you cheat and get kicked out of ketosis it is hard getting back on plan, but you can (and did ) get back on plan. Yay for you!..
Ooohhh!!! I love this forum. I had the same kind of day yesterday and today I woke up feeling miserable. Thank you for all being here to support me every morning and helping me forgive myself and move forward. You guys are exactly what I needed this morning. Positive energy and kind words. Thank you guys...here's to a new day and a new week OP..
I'm in the same boat Tiffers. I fell off as well. I didn't gain so I'm thankful for that. This is my pledge to get back on plan 100%!!!!..
