Admittedly I'm on Day Two but I don't think this 24 hour nausea has anything to do with MF. It got me thinking though.do you go OP when you feel sick?..

I don't know if I ever felt sick on this diet, but I did get pretty hungry my first three days... after day 3 I was energized and felt great. I have now lost 33 lb and have begun my transition off Medifast even though I haven't lost my GOAL amount. I went from a size 14 to a size 6 and felt that I was satisfied at this weight. I am using exercise to tone up everything and will hopefully lose the remainder of the weight by getting rid of the flab that remains. Good luck on your weight loss...

Eat as best you can.Let your body determine what will work. If you can't eat, then don't force it...

I felt a bit nauseated and just, well, weird when I started. I also felt depressed and sad because food, my old buddy, wasn't available to me to make me feel better..

My best advice to you is to power through it and stay on plan. Drink some bullion if you want, the salt in it will make you feel a little better. I like the Wyler's brand chicken.

Not only will you feel better later, you'll be happier because you stayed on plan and you showed yourself you can do it...

I have been sick while On Plan and I stayed on plan, I personally didn't find a reason not too!.

Hope you feel better soon...

If you can eat OP, then go ahead. If not, then don't. No sense in forcing something down just to have it all come back up again. Focus on staying well hydrated and get back OP when this stomach bug passes...

Not to take anything away from how you're feeling, it is no fun when you're trying to stay focused on the plan AND fighting those sick feelings. I had oral surgery and stayed on plan. Thank goodness my husband was there to prepare and bring me meals in the first two days, but I knew I had to stay with it. So, go slow, eat what goes down really easy, and call on your support system. You will get through it. Hope you feel better soon...

I felt nauseated at the beginning. It lasted about 3 days. It made it hard to want to eat my meals but I managed to get them down...
