I don't think you need to worry.
1. Neither "fertile" or "firtile" seem to be trademarked.
2. As long as you don't pretend to be Fertile [dot] com and don't develop the same kind business, you'll probably be okay. In fact, you may be able to develop the same kind of business, but consult with a trademark specialist/lawyer first. There have been some goofy WIPOs lately.
3. As for price, who knows? It's a typo, but the "e" and the "i" are pretty far apart from each other on the keyboard, so the chances of an accidential type-in are slim. Also, in English, this word is rarely misspelled in this manner. Maybe "Fertle," but I can't see "Firtile." Let's just say this. I wouldn't register it. But you never know: one person's garbage is another person's gold.
4. I wouldn't delete itit's not illegal to own this domain. Maybe try to sell it, and if you don't get any results, perhaps let it drop next year.
Hope this helps (I'm not a lawyer, however).
Fertile is completely generic regarding reproduction.
Now... if fertile.com was a software company... then I'd steer clear.
I'd build something around human reproduction. Plenty of people will misspell it this way me thinks.....
Thanks for suggestions. As it seems that there is no problem with this domain ,i would like to sell it.What do you say-the price should be???..
Worthless without lots of work, content, seo, etc... sorry...
Thnx a lot for suggesting a PRICE ! Will try to sell it for anything above regfee...
