Afternoon All!.

Was hoping someone could help me. I read somewhere that 2 Laughing Cow wedges count as one fat serving? Is this true? Or is my memory playing tricks with me? Thank you!..

I copy pasted this from Nutrisystem and just kept it in my notes:..

So we can now argue that laughing cow IS on plan?.

Just like our nightly cream cheese?.

Sorry couldn't help myself. I'm in a bit*chy mood today...

I hope it is on plan....i have had 1 laughing cow lite wedge on a stalk of celery practically every day since I started Medifast june 1st. it hasn't seemed to slow down my WL..

It is not "officially" on plan, but Nutrisystem says if you choose to incorporate it anyway, two of the light wedges count as one healthy fat. One of the regular wedges counts as one healthy fat. These are the spreadable kind that come in the cardboard/foil rounds.

Cream cheese IS an "official" healthy fat or condiment (depends on type - only full fat cream cheese counts as a healthy fat)...

Mini Babybels too!!! How exciting. Glad I asked. Thank you all again...

I've been struggeling with this lately. Its not on plan, but we can eat it? Maybe I'm too black and white but wouldn't it be either a yes or a no? Is this believed to be something to stall weight loss if we do incorperate it?..

Sarah - For whatever reason Medifast has not officially declared it to be OP, but their nutritionists give you instructions on how to use it. There are some people on these boards who would sooner stick forks in their eyes than eat LC wedges, and there are plenty of us who couldn't survive without them. :-) Go where your heart (and need for creamy yumminess) lead you...

So if I take the light LC and put it in celery, how do I count it? I am new to this program and so far have stayed only with Medifast meals and L&G. Thanks to everyone for the suggestions I am seeing on this message board...

If you have healthy fats left over, use the lite LC cheese and have two wedges and count as your healthy fat. Oh - LC cheese in your Medifast scrambled eggs tastes heavenly as well..

I know that I've seen reference to string cheese but can't find it now. How do you count a Frigo lite string cheese stick? Haven't had one because I'm not sure but always have them in the house for the kids. Thanks!..

Mmmmmmmmmm.... I cant wait to throw this cheese into the mix one day!..

They make Chili even better too .....

But yeah ... overall be careful with using too much LC cheese as it still has sodium in it. And as we all know, high sodium intake is bad so I try to limit myself on LC cheese to once or twice a week...
