In your daily log? I haven't been, as it zero everything, lol, but wondering if anyone logs it? (ok the tea is 20mg potassium but that's it)..

I do, but only because I use 2-3 squirts of s/f syrups with my decaf coffee and I want to log those to keep track of them over the week. I'm going to start using the Vanilla Medifast Shakes as creamer (adding a little to my coffee before finishing the rest of the shake) and I'll log those too...

I log my coffee in the morning, it is decaf and I say a 16oz cup it says that it is 8 cal. I also use a carnation creamer that I log everyday too. I dont usually log any tea, I dont sweeten it but I count it as part of my water...

I log everything.... not sure if it makes a difference but I want to be able to look back and see if more less coffee or tea makes a difference in my losses...

I don't like coffee, but drink Kroger peach tea all day. I logged each bite of all foods on 5/1, but not the tea. I also did NOT have any condiments, for I figured the sweetener in my tea took the place of all other condiments. Worked for me..

Yes, I do log my decaf coffee and crystal light teas. I thought we could only have 24 ounces of either a day. I think they're part of the carb count???..

Yes, I log it because I use a packet of Splenda and a non-dairy creamer. I want to see if I lose more/less on non-coffee days as opposed to coffee days. It probably doesn't matter, but I log everything...

I don't add my coffee but I do log the van pudding I put in it.Very good..

I log my coffee (black, no sweetner) AND my hot tea (with 1 pkt splenda and 1 mini moo) and even with nothing added, NEITHER are "0" calories......

As long as I get my minimum of 80 of water I just log plain decaf tea as additional water. I don't use it in place of regular water though.....

I don't log my coffee or creamer. That is my one vice in life and something that I am able to enjoy each day. I figure if there is extra carbs in my creamer - my workouts cover that!..

I don't log the tea itself, but the splenda, or anything I put in it, yes...

I don't log my one cup of coffee or the 2 T. of half & half. Maybe that's my problem. LOL!..

A Mini Moo is a 10 calorie, portion controlled, self-contained, no-refrigeration needed, very portable, 1/2 TBSP container of half and half! I love them b/c I can take them ANYWHERE and my hot cups of tea have been something that have gotten me through those hungry times between meals.....

No, I never did as I drink coffee black. Use Herbal tea and don't add anything to that either...

I do. Not sure if it matters, but I just log everything and especially when I have a 10 cal/1 carb tsp of powder nondairy creamer...
