The creamers should be 20 calories or less per serving (part of your 3 "free foods" for the day):.
Creamers, nondairy, liquid = 1 Tbsp .
Creamers, nondairy, powdered= 2 tsp.
Creamers, nonfat dairy = 2 Tbsp .
Be sure to measure your servings..
*If you use at least 8 ounces of nonfat milk in your coffee per DAY you can count that as one of your daily dairy/proteins..
THanks for the reply. I know nothing of the "daily proteins" you mentioned etc...will that be in my "packet" when my food arrives? I only have 18 lbs to lose(post-baby weight). do you think i'll be able to do it with nutrisystem?.

You didn't mention anything about sugar. can I use an artificial sweetener, or something like stevia?.
I did mention "Splenda" but any artificial sweetener will do..
