You should be able to take anything but the RTD shakes on the plane with you...
I have taken all Medifast foods with me on trips both in my carry on, checked luggage and purse. The only thing you cant take is the ready to drink shakes but everything else as long as they're not liquid and in packages you can take them...
I love the cinnamon pretzels and the bars- all very portable and legal!..
Yep do it all the time. Everything but RTD shakes can go. RTD have to go in checked baggage...
Everything non liquid is perfectly fine. Bring 2 empty water bottles too and fill them up once you have gone through security. That way you can drink a bunch of water on the plane too. Any of the packets/bars/pretzels are fine. I find it easiest to bring the shake packets, bars, pretzels, and pudding packets + shaker jar + a few plastic spoons on trips since all I need is water and I am good to go. No need for a blender, measuring spoons, etc...
I took down a huge backpack full of Medifast meals, no questions asked. I even took a 3 oz. container of sugar free maple syrup...
Like everyone else here, i've taken everything Medifast in my carry-on (except the RTDs), including laughing cow cheese for my L&Gs, which seemed to survive 10 hours without refrigeration just fineAlthough some folks in earlier threads have cautioned against it and may be right, I've also flown with my personal blender in my carry-on for 4 round trips without a hitch. Have a great OP trip!..
I travel every week by plane and take bars, pretzels, oatmeal packets, shake packets, etc. and if I cannot eat it on the way than things like shakes I make in the hotel as I will take my shaker cup. It is pretty portable...
Thanks everyone! I am so glad I can stop worrying!..
