I see a lot of people use certain brand name foods (laughing cow cheese, I can't believe it"s not Butter, etc,). I hate to be a pest, but is there a link to these allowable brands and portions? I can only find links that show a few condiment and stuff, but there has to be more somewhere I just can't find it..

I hate to be a pest, but since I am going to try and eat a L&G everyday I want to know for sure what to look for.

Still having trouble with eating L&G and not just Medifast meals, but I promised all my supporters I would try to stay on FULL program and see what happens. Thanks to all of you!.

Laughing Cow is not on plan, so it's not listed in the plan materials. Nutrisystem will tell you how to count it if you want to use it, so it's kind of a gray area. Name brands are SUPER easy for searching, though, so make use of these forums! Click on the search link and then pick which forum to search..

The full condiment list is at Success Tools: Eat Right. It will list certain kinds of fats, but perhaps not the specific brand..

Welcome to MF!.

LOL, well you can go search on Nutrisystem threads and they have a lot of the questions answered there too!.

NS threads?.

Oops - sorry! Nutrition Support - the dietitian's board on this forum. They're one of the official Medifast boards..

Technically, LC cheese is not an approved option, although Nutrisystem will tell you how to count it. There is no list of brand names that I'm aware of. I would suggest just picking a name brand and doing a search for it..

So, did that cat shoot any "trolls" yet LOL>.

Definitely this is what I would do - do a name brand search. I've done this before using the journals, and if you limit your search to the nutrition support forum, you will be able to see NS's comments on it.

One thing I've simply learned to do is to really... and I mean really read those nutritional labels and try to make the best choice given the information I have available at the time..
