I'm going on a business trip. I am going to run out of Medifast on Monday, and my shipment isn't scheduled for delivery until Tuesday afternoon. I leave Tuesday morning.

Are there any store-bought products that can approximate Medifast for 3 days? I'm hoping I can stock up on some bars..

I'll be heading to the store later to compare nutrition facts myself, but does anyone have any ideas?..

I think that if you search NS, they give specific info for this scenario.

If worse comes to worse, you can try to get three lean and greens and eat high protein snacks...

This happened to me too. I asked Nutrisystem and they had me eat 3 L&G with 1-2 veggies and 3-4 oz of protein and 2 meals and more for dinner with healthy snacks, protein and 1 fruit. Ask them..

I've substituted EAS shakes and southbeach or Special K bars when I was in a pinch!!..

Do you know anyone else on Medifast that you can borrow/buy some food from? Do you have an Medifast center near you??..

Nope. There are no equivalents that you can just pick up somewhere. Sometimes there are "Cookie Diet" kiosks in large malls, that's the only thing I can think of. But not even CLOSE in terms of nutrition...

Check for the area you live. I see people on there in my area (not sure if there is anyone in your area but can't hurt to check!) that always want to trade/buy etc....

Supreme protein carb conscious bars are 13 carbs and 15 protein and 180 calories or so. I have some of those on hand for days I exercise and can eat the extra calories. Plus, they don't give me gas like the Medifast bars do..

I just tried a bar last week that's 200 calories and 10 carbs and maybe 10 protein (can't remember) and it was awesome. it reminded me of a little debbie peanut butter bar thing. It's Power Crunch Bars and I bought it at Fry's grocery store. I only bought one cause I was starving and mistakenly thought I had a bag of pretzels with me and it was better than eating completely off plan and I still had a loss with the extra calories...
