Just finisthed my first day. Any suggestions for stopping the 3pm hungry tummy? Also, what is the average weight loss in a 4 week time period? Inquiring minds want to know. I realize everyone is different, but am just looking for an average..

Are you eating your required afternoon snack? Try to eat every 3 hours and you won't feel hungry. Also, don't forget to eat all the add-in foods listed in the meal planner at each meal and don't forget to drink your water..

My daily schedule:.

6:30 am - Nutrisystem Breakfast with required add-ins.

10 am - morning snack (I have 1/2 of the women's snack - the protein/dairy).

12 pm - Nutrisystem Lunch with required add-ins.

3 pm - afternoon snack (I have other 1/2 of the women's snack - a fruit).

6 pm - Nutrisystem dinner with required add-ins.

9 pm - Nutrisystem dessert.

As far as an "average" weight loss, everyone is different. It depends on how much you weigh and how strictly you follow the program. I'd say 4-10 pounds the 1st month..

That will go away as your body adjusts to the program. Be sure you are eating all of your foods and drinking all of your water..

Good Luck!.

When are you having your afternoon snack? I try to eat every three hours, so I'm not hungry by using foods from my permitted list. I sometimes save an item from a regular meal to eat at a later time. Make sure you are getting all your permitted foods in. I know I have an afternoon snack of protein/fruit at 2pm..

My day:.

~8am - breakfast entree.

9:30 - breakfast fruit.

10:30 - breakfast dairy/protien.

12:30 - lunch entree.

2pm - lunch dairy/protein.

3:30 - lunch veggies.

5pm - afternoon snack (both fruit and dairy/protein).

6pm - first dinner veggie.

7:30 - second dinner veggie and dinner entree.

8:30 or 9 - fat, last dinner veggie or fruit, and dessert..

Of course all of this is fairly flexible depending on when I go to work out or if I mix things together to doctor up my entrees, but I find eating every hour or two keeps me from being hungry at all and also keeps me from being overly full by stuffing myself with too much at any one time..

I am on my third week and I have lost 6 pounds. The first week 4lbs and second week 0lbs (I was on vacation in Florida) and so far this week I have lost 2lbs..

I eat fruit or yougat with my breakfast and in the afternoon I eat some fruit or drink water..

Keep up the good work..
