Well, I am three weeks in. I have been 100% OP..

I completely believe that the program works. My total weight loss to date is 16.8 lbs. My goals are firmly in sight and I have had ALMOST no problem with restraint. My biggest problem came while shredding cheese for the family dinner. I LOVE cheese. Thank Goodness for Laughing Cow Light!!!.

For anyone just starting out, this program works! Stick with it, I am!!!.

Hi i'm three weeks in, lost 8 pounds. want to do it , have realized it works, but find it difficult to control from eating regular food. I'm a SAHM of two toddlers dealing with food all the time. Want to do this so bad..

Great job so far! I just completed my 3rd week on Monday, so we started right about the same time. I have also been 100% OP and plan on keeping it that way.

Looking forward to a successful week 4!.

Tracy.

Wait, what? You've lost all that in 3 weeks? Honey, thats INCREDIBLE!!!.

Took me two months to get to that point and I'm not much past it now at three months!.

I have a LOT more to loose than you Tracy! You are doing awesome. You are one of my biggest cheerleaders and I really look up to you.

To everyone... there are hurdles. I am learning that as I go. I am thrilled with my weight loss. Even more thrilled with the NSV's I have had. I took the advise of some on here and took my measurements and am going to take them every two weeks..

So far, besides the pounds, I have lost 2 inches off my "ahem" chest" (Hubby not so happy there), 1 inch off my waist, 1 1/2 off my hips and 1/2 off each thigh. There are other Inch losses too. I am soo happy..

I really believe that more than just doing the program... which works by itself, there is a mindset needed to be successful. I have for the first time in my life actually "seen" the future me. I know this program is going to work which is why I think it is so easy for me to stick with it. I have no desire to cheat. Yes I am tempted, I cook for my family every night.

My recipe. they are so yummy, but soooo off program. I just made them dinner while drinking a shake then went outide to play with my horses while they ate.

Someone has posted on here in their signature "loosing weight is hard, being overweight is hard. Choose your hard!" I agree 100% I have chosen my hard and I am sticking to it. Thanks to my Medifast family... you guys here!.
