Hi all,.

Well It's been one month today since I started MF. I am happy to report I am 29lbs lighter since I started the program. My blood pressure has dropped from 130/94 to 118/80 and I'm noticing my clothes fit much better.

I am loving the changes. I started exercising last week. I'm working out several days a week and trying to stay as active as possible. I have so much more energy now then I did 29lbs ago. I can't wait to see how I feel when i'm 50lbs or 75lbs lighter.

I have to give a huge thanks to my wife, who is doing Medifast with me. She is having really good results as well. The changes are obvious in both of us. She is a huge part of my success and I'm glad we can do this journey together...

You are doing GREAT! Much inspiration for this newbie! I am only on day 4 and still trying to figure out what meals I like and dislike. Good luck on your next month!..

Don't focus too much on what you like and don't like. If you don't like something, set it aside and try it again in a week or two. You will be suprised how much your tastes change and how fast it happens. Congrats on day 4. You will be a vet in no time..
